Revolution Tea's premium organic green teas are treated with a high standard of care throughout the entire harvesting process to prevent the effects of over-oxidation. The over-oxidation of green tea causes noticeable effects to its flavor, intensity, and delicateness. To prevent our organic green teas from becoming strong and bitter, we developed an intensive process to produce the perfect bag of green tea. This process begins with steaming the leaves, then pan frying or rolling the leaves, and finally the leaves are dried to prevent any further oxidation. This process results in a clean, refreshing, mildly astringent, and highly enjoyable final product.
